Ruben Mita is a multi-instrumentalist from Titirangi, West Auckland. He records and performs as a solo noise/ambient artist under the alias Lacking, he is a founding member of RABBIT as King of the Ghosts, and a founding member of duo Dog Fork alongside longtime collaborator Cameron McCurdy.
He is a former member of Title Pending, Crab Chunk and The Persistent Wafer, Long Boy and 50 to Meld.
