Multiplicity is an album by West Auckland ambient artist David Adison. Self-released on the 4th of May 2017.

Background[]

The album was written by Adison Whitley, aside from track 9 "Take Me Home", formed by Whitley and Clever Calvin, and track 11, co-written by Reuben Winter.[1] Every instrument was performed entirely by Whitley, aside from drums, keys, and additional guitar by Winter, who also recorded, mixed, mastered, and produced the album as well as co-writing track 11, "Janus is One".[1]

On the 17th of March 2017, Whitley played as David Adison on 95bFM's Breakfast Club, in promotion of the upcoming album.[2] "Deadfish", the lead single from the album, was released on the 3rd of April,[3] the song reached number 1 on the 95bFM top 10.[4] On the 20th of May 2017, Whitley featured on 95bFM's Long Player, discussing the different layers and tracks to the album.[5]

The album is given the subtitle of "Astrophysics, Heartache, Mirroring Partnerships and Greek Tragedies".[1]
